This is our second time purchasing from Bretz and both times it’s been a no stress and extremely pleasant experience. We can’t say enough good things about our salesman Cody Griess! From start to finish Cody was able to answer all our questions, show us trailers that matched our needs, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
My wife and I knew what we wanted and didn't want in an RV and in a dealership, and we made it known to the dealerships we visited. Camping World and other nearby dealerships ignored what we said, and we left to find others. In the end, Travis with Bretz was friendly and not pushy. Travis stayed the course and worked for us to our satisfaction. Bretz was the only dealership that came through for us and where we chose to buy our new home for our full time RV life. Regarding their service, I’ve had the best experience. My contact there is Dave. He has always been very responsive to my questions and needs. I’ve actually spoken with other customers of Bretz and have gotten high praise. Keep up the good work, guys.
So far, my experience has been awful! My boyfriend has had his RV in the repair shop since October 2023 with no answers as to what needs to be repaired! When we call to speak with someone in the service department the receptionist says " I can get them a message. " are they getting the message? We still have no idea what actually needs done nor do we have a quote for the repairs. Some answers would be nice!
We bought our RV from Bretz less then a year ago. It's been in the service department three times for the same repair that was agreed on when the RV was purchased!
For all my RV and Marina needs I would definitely go to bretz they have some of the most amazing friendliest staff you could ever imagine they are willing to work with you all day even if you decide to come back I want to give a special thanks to my salesman Mike Schreiber for helping me get the boat of my dreams and to the rest of the staff that helped out as well thank you Taylor.
